Cancellation policy: If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify me within 24 hours before your private sound journey, where you will have the option to transfer your appointment to a future date, within 3 months. If you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show up, no refund will be issued.

Payments for reservations in classes, retreats, workshops, and events shall be made directly to Kelly Borchert through this website, or through another predetermined method. We cannot reserve a spot for you in any event without first receiving payment. Payment of a deposit indicates that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and of that specific class, training, workshop, or event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our limited class sizes and preparation required, any payments made for a workshop, training, event, or class are non-refundable.  If you must cancel please notify 48 hours before the event, where you have the option to transfer registration to an upcoming event of equal value. If you cancel less than 48 hours, you are welcome to send someone in your place.  This applies for all events, sound journeys, ceremonies, celebrations, workshops and trainings facilitated at/through kellyborchert.com.

Special online virtual Events Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancellation is within stated cancellation period of listed event/training.
